Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Residence Manager. The Residence Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of our Student Housing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the operations of a property effectively.
Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the PG facility, including supervising housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure the facility is always clean, safe, and in good condition for the residents.
Manage and maintain a high level of occupancy.
Provide excellent customer service to the residents, and address their concerns and queries in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate with the maintenance and repairs team as needed.
Oversee the billing and collection process for the residents, and ensure timely payment.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Handling on the property resident escalations
Train and manage the staff, and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
+2 / Bachelor's degree or a Diploma Course in hospitality management or related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in managing operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws related to the hospitality industry.
