Suites Homes is hiring passionate and dedicated individuals to manage our
residential properties in Chennai. As the Residence Operations Manager,
you will oversee end-to-end operations, lead on-site teams, and ensure
high-quality service delivery across key domains.
End-to-End
Operations: Lead daily operations across assigned residential sites to
ensure high standards and efficiency.
Team
Management: Supervise and coordinate a team of housekeeping and
security personnel.
Service
Coordination: Ensure timely and quality delivery of services
(housekeeping, security, internet, laundry, social events).
Customer
Handling: Respond to student/professional/parent queries, resolving
issues with professionalism and clarity.
Stakeholder
Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, parents,
internal management, and vendors.
Administrative
Oversight: Maintain accurate records, logbooks, checklists, and ensure
timely data entry and paperwork.
Sales
Support: Represent UrbanEdge Suites professionally and close
walk-in/on-site leads.
On-Site
Support: Provide immediate on-ground support during urgent situations
or service disruptions.
Utilities
Management: Monitor water supply levels and coordinate arrangements in
case of shortages.
Repair
Coordination: Liaise with technical and maintenance teams for property
repairs and upkeep.
