Job Description for RMO-
Provide primary medical care to patients admitted in the hospital.
Conduct daily patient rounds and update case histories.
Manage medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
Assist consultants and specialists during procedures and treatments.
Ensure proper monitoring of patients, including vital signs and treatment response.
Perform minor medical procedures (IV lines, suturing, catheterization, etc.).
Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and discharge summaries.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals for smooth patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and medico-legal requirements.
