Job Description

A real estate firm having expertise across various stages of construction. Our scope of work also resonates with providing solutions for material supplies, PMCs, MEPs and STPs. Present hiring is for one of our niche verticals for developing cost-efficient STPs that require no chemicals or moving parts to achieve treated water as per standards.

Roles and responsibilities:

1) Scout for prospects other than inbound leads and establish synergies for conversions

2) Conduct appointments and follow-up visits with subordinates to schedule a meeting with the key decision-makers (KDMs).

3) Maintain data as per the interactions made

Perks:

1) Variable compensations besides fixed salary account for an additional earning of Rs.50K per month based on performance.

2) Travel/ fuel allowance
