Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:

Oversee the daily operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, recreation, and guest services.

Ensure that all departments are functioning efficiently and delivering excellent service.

Monitor occupancy rates, reservations, and daily arrivals/departures to coordinate operational readiness.

Lead daily briefings with departmental heads to review performance, resolve issues, and align on priorities.
2. Guest Experience & Satisfaction:

Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards across all departments.

Respond promptly to guest feedback, complaints, and requests, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

Monitor guest reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and Booking.com, and implement improvements based on feedback.
-
Maintain visibility throughout the property and interact regularly with guests to gather feedback and promote positive relationships.
3. Staff Management & Development:
-
Recruit, train, and manage resort staff across all departments.
-
Develop schedules and staffing plans to ensure appropriate coverage during peak and off-peak times.

Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training programs to build staff morale and ensure continuous improvement.

Enforce disciplinary procedures and company policies in a fair and consistent manner.
4. Financial Management:

Monitor and control operating budgets, expenses, and revenues to ensure profitability.

Prepare financial and operational reports for ownership or upper management.

Identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising guest service or quality.

Approve departmental expenditures and track resort inventory, supplies, and procurement needs.
5. Sales & Marketing Support:

Work with the marketing team to promote the resort through online and offline channels.

Support the development and implementation of promotional packages, seasonal offers, and events.

Build partnerships with local travel agents, tour operators, and event organizers to boost bookings and visibility.

Oversee resort branding and ensure all guest-facing materials are aligned with the property’s image and values.
6. Property Maintenance & Safety:

Ensure that the resort property, including rooms, public areas, gardens, pools, and recreational spaces, are maintained to a high standard.

Schedule regular inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance tasks.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
-
Respond quickly to any emergencies or incidents involving guests or staff.
7. Event & Activity Coordination (if applicable):

Oversee planning and execution of events such as weddings, conferences, and group activities hosted at the resort.

Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth delivery of functions.

Encourage participation in recreational or cultural programs offered at the resort.
