M-Club Holidays & Mantra Resort is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Resort Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting the resort’s services, events, and packages to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase resort bookings and revenue.
M-Club Holidays & Mantra Resort is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Resort Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting the resort’s services, events, and packages to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase resort bookings and revenue.
* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers.
* Promote resort packages, holiday memberships, and group booking options.
* Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
Client Management & Relationship Building
* Handle inquiries and convert leads into sales through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

* Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Marketing & Promotions
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and offers.
* Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
* Maintain an active presence on social media and professional platforms to attract potential clients.
Reporting & Strategy
Maintain sales reports, track progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.
✅ 1-3 years of experience in hospitality sales, resort sales, or a similar role.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and drive results.
✅ Knowledge of the local tourism and hospitality market is a plus.
✅ Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
