Job Description (Resource Executive - US Staffing Process):
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage Candidates & Clients conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process
- Good emailing skills
- Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills
- Candidate should be excellent in reading & writing skills.
- Candidates should be ready to work 5 days. (Holidays on weekend)
- Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts as per business requirement for International process
- Good industry exposure in Market Research & Consulting
- Ability to drive business through account hunting
- Responsible for client acquisition management & coordination
- Eligibility Criteria: Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-32years of age), Undergraduates & Graduates, both are eligible
- Ready to work in Night Shifts
