Resource Person - MIS Job in Azim Premji Foundation at Bangalore

The main job responsibilities for this position aligned to the recruitment function to start with.

Establishing formats to capture recruitment requirements of roles from stakeholders, as inputs into an annual plan, with a monthly track against it

• Modification/creation, direction and support of a system to capture the flow of pipeline through the recruitment funnel for various roles
• Automating data entry inputs on the recruitment tool or/and formatting spreadsheets/workbooks for members across our locations to use online
• Coordination, collection and consolidation of data and inputs from the tool and team members as required.
• Creating and maintaining the monthly, weekly reports and dashboards as required for recruitment activities.
• Analyzing data collated for purposes of reporting, to identify weak spots, forecast trends and improve efficiency in processes.
• Presentation of analyses, implications, suggestions to senior leaders to improve efficiencies overall.
• Implementing practices and metrics to enhance operational efficiencies based on the data collated.
