Job Description:

Instructions and guidelines are posted at the Assessment center prior to any assessments
To ensure assessment venue and systems are working fine before any assessment starts
100% adherence to Assessment Process & guidelines
To clearly instruct Assessment guidelines to participants
To undergo Proctor Induction session at regular intervals
To share Participants attendance sheet to the Assessment Center Head daily
Nomination list to be gathered from Central Assessment Center team/ CG SPOCs
To liaise with various teams within the SLS group and Competency Group
To co-ordinate with team members across the Assessment centers and Competency Group SPOCs
Upkeep and seamless functioning of Wipro Assessment Centers
To collaborate with the technical team and ensure systems are IP compliant
To follow-up with technical team in case of IP variation in the Assessment Report.
To fix IP deviation if any within 48 hrs n Ensure all participants sign register and share scanned copy of attendance as and when required by the Central Assessment team
To ensure no Malpractices takes place while Assessments using mobile phone, content leakage by candidates.
To report malpractices to the AC head without any delay
Proctor to take multiple rounds of invigilation every 10 minutes once
