Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Café Staff to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The role involves taking orders, preparing beverages/food, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering fast, friendly service to customers.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service● Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately● Handle billing through POS systems and accept cash/UPI/card payments● Ensure quick service while maintaining quality standards
Food & Beverage Preparation
● Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items as per standard recipes● Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size● Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
Operations & Hygiene● Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, tables, and service areas● Follow opening and closing procedures of the café
● Assist in stock checking and replenishment● Minimize wastage and report shortages
Team & Compliance● Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours● Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety norms● Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
Requirements & Skills● 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management diploma is a plus)● Prior experience in café/QSR preferred but freshers welcome● Basic English/Hindi communication skills● Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays● High energy, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset
