Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:
- Hire, train, and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Assign daily duties and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage employee schedules, track attendance, and handle payroll administration.
- Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
Customer Service:
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Promote a customer-first culture within the team.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels; order supplies as needed.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Monitor and control food and labor costs to meet financial targets.
Financial Management:
- Manage cash flow and handle financial transactions.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Ensure profitability by managing expenses and maximizing revenue.
Training & Development:
- Provide continuous training and development opportunities for the team.
- Ensure employees are knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and company policies.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Help drive promotional efforts and community engagement to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Work with the marketing team to implement local marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
Experience in managing a quick-service or casual dining restaurant.
