Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and offers to customers.
Demonstrate products and resolve customer queries.
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain product displays, merchandising, and store hygiene standards.
Track stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
Build good relationships with store staff and customers.
Collect customer information for lead generation and follow-up.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies and promotional activities.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and customer handling abilities.
Basic product knowledge of consumer durables/electronics.
Ability to convince and influence customers.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in retail sales, home appliances, consumer durables, or electronics sales is preferred.
