1) Explaining the product to the customers in the jewellery store.
2) Inventory management.
3) Cross selling and up selling the jewellery to the walk-in clients.
4) Trying more sales via different sales channels.
5) Achieving the sales target provided on the store level and individual level.
6)  Marketing the campaigns in fleas markets and star hotels.
7) Listen attentively to customer needs and queries.
8) Understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
9) Build and expand existing customer relationships through in-depth analysis of their needs.

Incentives: Store level and Individual incentives will be given based on the performance.
