About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team at PaisaOnClick, a fintech product under Trusted Hands Financial Services. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced startup and fintech ecosystem, where you’ll have the chance to learn, contribute, and grow with a passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to expand the retail customer base and increase loan conversions.
- Support the team in converting potential leads into customers by assisting with client communication and follow-up.
- Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for innovation in the retail lending space.
- Help build and maintain relationships with lenders, partners, and customers.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through the loan application process.
- Collaborate with the team on setting and achieving performance benchmarks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience is not required. A basic mindset to drive business and convert leads is essential.
- Strong interest in fintech and a basic understanding of the lending landscape.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Willingness to embrace the ups and downs of startup culture.
