3+ years of experience in Installation of system at the site level. Site survey, Product suggestion as per the site plan/Layout.
Explanation of required electrical cabling and interconnection conduits to the customer project team
Explaining the product functioning and demo to the customer. Execution of project as per in the FPA.
Monitor the material movement. Allocate the vendor for project and request their PS.
Troubleshooting the security system in the site level. Tracking the AMC visit and its invoice region wise.
Monitoring and troubleshooting the service call in the site level and initiate the complaint closure. Request the invoice against the project.
Process the job closure once the job was closed. Coordinate and monitor the vendor for installation.
Vendor coordination for the projects or Jobs given, Project execution (Installation, commissioning and tuning). Handing over of project and job completion report collecting
Forwarding the Job completion for invoicing, Service support for warranty and AMC customers
Preventive Maintenance of All the systems of AMC customers, Forwarding the Checklist and AMC report for billing.
