1. Work on organizing all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
2. Work on supervising and guiding the staff towards maximum performance
3. Work on monitoring stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
4. Work on dealing with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation
5. Work on inspecting the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
6. Work on planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or displays
7. Work on keeping abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
8. Work on analyzing sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
9. Work on ensuring the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
