Designation: Retail Management
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attend to the customers and extend help and expertise in sports
2. Keep the quality of the layout when working by doing continuous facing of products
3. Build the local sports project and work on catchment analysis
4. Handle merchandising and stock representation
5. Manage piloting and PNL for the sport (margin and shrinkage)
6. Manage regular engagement of our users through sports workshops and events
7. Manage the sports community in the catchment
8. Work on regular individual decision meetings
9. Keep the merchandise commercially optimized
