Job Description
POST :- Retail Partner
JOB ROLE:-
1}RECRUITMENT
2}TRAINING
3}TEAM DEVELOPMENT
You need to train a team, to develop them & Business generated. For that our Co. will provide
you a training. During the training period co. will pay you 60,000/- according to your performance base. The training will be approximate three months. After completion of the training period your remuneration will Negotiable.
*****This is Marketing base, Non Technical, Official Management Work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Freelance
Key Responsibilities:
-
Source new insurance business through personal contacts, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.

Promote insurance products including term plans, ULIPs, endowment policies, health insurance, and motor insurance.

Educate customers on policy benefits, terms, and procedures.
-
Assist in completing proposal forms, KYC, and documentation as per compliance norms.
-
Work with the operations team for timely policy issuance and servicing.
-
Attend regular training sessions for product and process updates.
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to supervisors.
-
Build a long-term customer base and ensure policy renewals.
