Job Description
A Retail Sales Executive drives revenue by engaging customers, providing product expertise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience, focusing on meeting sales targets through direct selling, relationship building, merchandise presentation, and processing transactions, while also gathering feedback and maintaining store standards. Key duties involve greeting customers, explaining products, upselling, handling POS, stocking shelves, resolving issues, and contributing to store promotions to boost sales and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet, assist, and build rapport with customers to understand needs and offer solutions.
Sales & Targets: Actively sell, cross-sell, and upsell products to meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
Product Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of products to provide expert advice and recommendations.
Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising, keep shelves stocked, and ensure overall store cleanliness.
Transaction Handling: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately at the cash register (POS).
Feedback & Reporting: Collect customer feedback and maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
