Candidates Requirements:

• Employee shall be responsible for all sales of furniture. 
  
• Attending, Promoting & Selling products to walk in clients.
  
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skill is required  
  
• Assertive, confident, proactive and result oriented
  
• Computer knowledge   
  
• Team management skills  
  
• Any Intermediate/Graduate with around 0-2 yrs. of experience in furniture industry preferably, but Fresher also welcome.
  
• Minimum Intermediate Passed or above
  
• Good communication skills (with fluency in English & local language)
  
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
  
•  Good energy level and open to learning.
  

Role & Responsibility:

• Greeting and attending walk-in customers.
  
• Describe a product's features and as required demonstrate the use and operation of the product.
  
• Answer customer queries regarding the store and the products.
  
• Be updated and provide information about services, warranties, specifications, finance and delivery options.
  
•  Ensuring proper working condition at Store by maintaining the opening and closing checklist.
• Ensuring the tagging of product and doing Stock Audit.
  
• Doing visual merchandizing and making sure that the demo contents are working and   are updated.
• Handling Stock requirements and doing physical stock check.
  
• Leading, educating and guiding new joining employee and doing regular check on them.
  
• Doing Sales report and doing target split up.
  
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls, WhatsAPP Message and emails.
  
• Providing better Customer experience and providing services to tackle the competition.
  
• Utilizing promotional offers as well as attends Camps and services for better customer experience.
