Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Assistance & Engagement

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that match their needs.

Ensure customers have a pleasant in-store experience by offering personalized service.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation

Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize store revenue.

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
3. Inventory & Stock Management

Assist in stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and organizing displays.

Monitor product availability and inform the store manager about stock shortages.

Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and attractive product presentation.
4. Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising

Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Assist the visual merchandising team in arranging displays and promotional setups.

Regularly check that shelves are neatly stocked and products are well-arranged.

Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
5. Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Follow up with customers for repeat business and loyalty program enrollments.

Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty benefits to encourage customer retention.
6. Team Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the store manager, cashier, and fellow sales staff to ensure smooth operations.

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and performance.

Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the manager.

Share customer insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies.
