Job Title: Retail Sales Executive - Ajfan Dates & Nuts
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Ajfan Dates & Nuts. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a knack for building rapport with customers. This role is crucial for driving sales, maintaining an inviting store environment, and becoming a product expert on our premium selection of dates, nuts, and gourmet delicacies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service: Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand their needs and preferences to recommend suitable products. Actively work towards achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on all Ajfan products. This includes knowing the origin, different varieties, flavor profiles, and health benefits of our dates, nuts, and related items. Be prepared to confidently answer customer questions and provide personalized suggestions.
Store Operations: Ensure the store is consistently clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. This involves regular restocking of shelves, arranging attractive product displays, and ensuring all products are accurately priced and labeled.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, receive and check in new stock, and communicate any stock shortages or issues to the management team.
Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the store's POS system. Handle cash and electronic payments and manage returns or exchanges according to company policy.
Customer Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and fostering brand loyalty through exceptional service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably within the food or gourmet goods industry.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong sales aptitude with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Basic math skills and comfort with technology, including a POS system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
A genuine passion for and interest in dates, nuts, and premium food products.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
