We are looking candidates for Retail Sales Assistant- Counter Sales, One who have
Passion for Flowers and Gifts Products
Who have genuine Interest in handling Customers Inquiries,
Sensitivity to the need and moods of Customer for flower and flower arrangement.
Who have good computer Skills.

Abilities to acquire new skills of next level ie the Online Sales Assistant.

Job Duties :-

Sales Assistant as the person responsible for the Sales and Operations of My Florist Retail Store.
Maintain Retails Stores of My Florist, Products and including the Parking
Maintain High Level of Cleanliness and Tidiness through right up-keeping of stores.
Maintain Inventory Stock efficiently and effectively on Records and ERP.
Handle Customer Inquiries, (Walkins, Telephone inquiries, mailetc.)
Book and process Order,
Assign and Coordinate for Order Fulfilments.
Track the Order and Ensure & conduct satisfaction survey.
