Job Description
- Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Suggest items for sale and assist in locating items
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Manage cash and credit transactions
- Price products and update records systems
- Inform customers of specials and discounts
- Enter sales transactions and cash information in prescribed
software
- Substitute for other personnel in the store when necessary
- Stock shelves as and when needed
- Answer customer questions and complaints quickly and
professionally.
- Develop relationships with customers
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence;
offering suggestions and opinions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
