- Ensure and provide flawless, upscale and professional guest service experiences
- Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquiries
- Actively listen and resolve guests’ requirements
- Analyse customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
- Coordinate and manage communication between clients and business development team
- Follow up to ensure client satisfaction after rendering the services
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
