Job Description
- Responsible for Answering calls politely and professionally from International Clients.
- Responsible to taking feedback and negotiating with Clients
- Retention.
- Billing the Client for their ongoing/ previously resolved Technical Issue.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional Communication Skills.
- Flexible to do task at any given time period.
- Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP, Windows 7 & etc.
- Basic Knowledge of Laptop, PC troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
Qualifications:
- Any Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Minimum 6 Months experience in Customer Care Executive or Relevant Profile.
- Students with Technical Background will be given preference.
- Candidates with Exceptional Communication skills can apply
- Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts
- Female Candidates Preferred
Additional Information:
- Relevant Training will be provided to the candidates.

- Salary Range: Starting from 15,500
Job Location: Dwarka
Shift Timings: 8pm to 5 am
Week offs: 8 Week offs /Month.
Cab Facility: Depending upon the Candidates location.
