Assist in managing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
2. Provide excellent customer service
3. Manage and maintain store displays and merchandising
4. Process transactions and handle customer complaints
5. Support store manager in daily operations
Requirements:
1. Retail experience (desirable)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
Working Conditions:
