RETAIL STORE MANAGER
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Retail Store Management
Qualification: Any Degree / Intermediate.
Roles and Responsibilities
- A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store.
- Motivating and training team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Strong leadership.
Job Description
- Manager has to lead &achieve prescribed sales targets and further sales improvement.
- Smooth showroom operations on day to day basis.
- Maintain floor discipline and administration.
- Maintain proper inventory records and execute self-audit.
- Ensure proper grooming as per standards of the organization. Follow organisation SOP.
- Responsible to maintain hygiene standards in the showroom.
- Updating staff with present scheme & promotions.
- Keep a tap on market competition.
- Coordinate with reporting manager for business.
Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and MS Office tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, team leadership, and customer engagement. This role requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive store culture.
