Retail Trainee Associate Job in Natures Basket at Thane, Mumbai

 Responsibilities:

 • Directly help customers inside the store as well as help with maintaining the store.

 • Guiding customers to the items they need, remove expiry stock from shelves and replenishing the grocery shelves when items go out of stock 

 • Assisting with the checkout process

 • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests

 • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

• Should guide store visitors and sell the products.
• Responsible for all stores functions.
• Shall be responsible for maintaining all store records.
• Preparation of stocks statements.
• Preparation of Purchase Orders.
• Day to day issues and receipts, ledgers, stock statement reports and DMR
• Preparation of Daily & Monthly Consumption Report.
• Checking of received Material with invoice and purchase order.

Required Skills:

• Should have computer Knowledge
• Good listening, presentation and decision making skills
