Retainer Advocate

Qualification : Degree in Law of a recognized University. Preference will be given to the candidates having Post Graduate Degree in Law.  The Advocate should be registered with the Bar Council.

Experience :  At least 10 years practice in handling M.A.C.T. and Criminal matters.

Retainership Fees :

a) u/s 304 (a) and 338 of IPC : - Rs. 3,000/- per case

b) u/s 337 and 729 of IPC : - Rs. 1,500/- per case

c) u/s 116, 183, 184 of MV Act : - Rs. 750/- per case

d) For MACT case (Thane) : - Rs. 3,000/- per case

Age Limit : The age should not be less than 35 years and maximum 70 years

Part-Time Specialist Cardiologist

No. of Post :  1

Qualification :  M.D. (Cardiology) OR D M (Cardiology)

Experience :  Atleast 7 years experience as Private Practitioner or as Medical Officer in Municipal/Govt./Private Hospital/Private Organization, preferably teaching in Hospital.

Honorarium : Rs.11 000/- per month

Working Hours  :  2 hours daily from Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

Age Limit : Should not be more than 65 years as on 01.03.2019

Part-Time Specialist General Physician

No. of Post :  1

Qualification : M.D. (General Medicine)

Honorarium :  Rs.11,000/- per month Experience Atleast 7 years experience as Private Practitioner or as Medical Officer in Municipal/Govt./Private Hospital/Private Organization, preferably teaching in Hospital.

Working Hours  :  2 hours daily from Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

Age Limit :  Should not be more than 65 years as on 01.03.2019

Part-Time Specialist General Surgeon 

No. of Post :  1

Qualification :  M.S. (General Surgery / Orthopedic)

Honorarium   Rs..11,000/- per month

Experience :  Atleast 7 years experience as Private Practitioner or as Medical Officer in Municipal/Govt./Private Hospital/Private Organization, preferably teaching in Hospital.

Working Hours : 2 hours daily from Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

Age Limit :  Should not be more than 65 years as on 01.03.2019
