Retainer - Solutions
Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Moxtra service and provide customers with the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
- As necessary, participate in client calls to review open issues and ensure that customer concerns are being addressed, documented, and escalated as appropriate.
- Understand customer pain points and help drive escalations by coordinating between Product Management, Support groups, and other cross teams.
- Provide support to Customers during the ongoing implementations.
Requirements
- Basic Knowledge of SaaS, Debugging and Troubleshooting, Databases, SDKs, API's.
- Basic understanding of Database & any Programming language is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.
- Responsible, team-oriented, well-organized individual with strong communication skills.
