Responsibilities include:

1. Provide support to customers during the ongoing implementation
2. Maintain a deep understanding of the Moxo service and provide customers with the most relevant functionality for their specific business needs
3. Participate in client calls to review open issues and ensure that customer concerns are being addressed, documented, and escalated as appropriate
4. Understand customer pain points and help drive escalations by coordinating between product management, support groups, and other cross teams
