Job Description
Designation - Retainer - Support And Solutions Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain a deep understanding of the Moxtra service and provide customers with the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
2. Participate in client calls to review open issues and ensure that customer concerns are being addressed, documented, and escalated as appropriate
3. Understand customer pain points and help drive escalations by coordinating between product management, support groups and other cross teams
4. Provide support to customers during the ongoing implementations
