Qualification :  The candidate shall be a Retired Revenue Officer of Government of Kerala.  The candidate shall have adequate experience in Land Acquisition works preferably under NH Act 1956.

Minimum Experience :  10(Ten) years in Land Acquisition works as a state revenue officer , preferably in the District of Thrissur/Ernakulam.

Remuneration : Monthly emoluments payable to the Retired state Government Revenue Official is as per NHAI circulars i.e. Rs.30,000/- per month or last pay drawn reduced by pension (as per option/ choice by candidate). Age Limit :  Considering the requirement of frequent visit, the official should be below 65 years of age at the time of engagement or any extension of contract.
