Job Description

The Revenue Cycle Officer (RCO) role at IKS is pivotal in the fast-paced challenging US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management environment. The Revenue Cycle Officer is responsible for resolving clientbilling problems and rescuing Account Receivable delinquency in a timely manner. The primary responsibility includes the following. Manage assigned receivables portfolio by ensuring outstanding/denied claims are resolved. Reviews and analyze outstanding insurance claims, to get physician efforts paid. Identify trend and communicate findings/ errors to appropriate stakeholders in an effort to educate and eliminate future errors. Work with the insurance company on behalf of our clients, represent them and resolve the claims within the timelines and defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Interact with insurance org to get the required status update and have the claims resolved. Qualifications Graduation in any stream Excellent communication skill Good Analytical skills High Learnability. (Desire to learn new skills & tools.) An eye for detail. Adaptability to new roles and responsibilities. Ability to work in teams. Good typing and computer skill.
