Key Deliverable:-

Responsible for top-line growth in the category across all the cities
Understand and analyze the market positioning for the category, market trends and SWOT and create strategies for fortifying business based on it
Provide inputs on pricing strategy of the category based on market potential, consumer insights, margins, competitive signals
Ownership of all revenue specific marketing activities both on the demand and supply side
Develop supply initiatives in terms of supply marketing, supply acquisition and retention, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders across all cities
Responsible for category level fulfillment
Continue to grow revenues and customer/driver base across the category
Constantly strive for better customer experience and quality levels

KRA:-

Ensure revenue management on day to day basis with cross-functional engagement to meet plan- Monitor key metrics such as COGS, gross margin, conversion, average order value, customer acquisitions, etc. and take corrective actions
Initiate regular problem-solving sessions during BAU days and ensure execution of the, actions through close coordination with different teams
Managing revenue fluctuations collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Conduct analysis within a larger project stream for understanding revenue and other metric trends, & ensure necessary interventions to course-correct if required.
