Job Responsibilities:-

• Plan and sell accommodations and other travel services
  
• Working closely with OTAs (Online travel agents) to drive up sales
  
• Fostering good relations with the online travel agencies
  
• Maintain statistical and financial records
  
• Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
  
• Enable quick resolution of operational issues with OTAs
  
• Enable participation in dedicated promotional events with OTAs
  
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations
  
• Ensure content compliance on OTAs
  
• Maintain a track of OTAs performance
  
• Monitor, research and report findings on market developments in the online travel agent space the evolution of travel space
  
• Versatility and ability to adapt quickly to changing business dynamics
  
• Monitor the success of each region and the growth in revenue from them
  

• At least 1-1.5 years of experience into managing sales/sales ops teams.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer/ client facing role overall.
  
• Diverse Account Management experience is preferred.
  
• Understanding of OTAs and fundamental building blocks of online sales
  
• Good with data analytics and interpretation of data to take sales decisions
  
• High ownership mindset, able to work independently
  
• Expertise in MS Office
  
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
  
• Well-organized and reliable
  
• An analytical mind with strong business acumen
  
• Customer-oriented approach
