Job Description
Designation: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling inquiries from prospective guests, and being the primary point of contact for stays. You will need to quickly get up to speed with all our properties, and be able to suggest the right properties based on a proper understanding of the guest's needs.
2. We market our properties on aggregators such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and Booking.com. You will also be responsible for making sure that our content is accurate and up to date on these sites. You will need to update pricing and booking policies on a daily basis.
3. The ability to handle pressure and a fast pace is a must. You will be required to handle a large volume of calls and online communications simultaneously and formulate solutions on the go.
4. The role demands that you remain calm under pressure and yet be productive. You will be responsible for instilling and promoting confidence in our brand with customers.
