Job Description
Designation: Revenue & Reservations
Responsibilities include:
1. Listing new properties across OTAs and other distribution platforms
2. Mapping property rates and inventory on channel manager and CRS
3. Ensuring good visibility and ranking on all OTAs
4. Optimizing and expanding distribution partnerships
5. Devising a robust pricing and distribution strategy to ensure maximum output from all properties
6. Conducting competitive and demand analysis
7. Maintaining distribution channel data integrity
8. Ensuring all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity
9. Providing and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reporting
10. Participating and preparing rolling forecast and monthly/ annual budget for each region/property
11. Responding to online reviews on OTAs
12. Handling cancellations/reschedules/relocations/overlooking etc. for OTA bookings
13. Building and maintaining strong working relationships across all teams in the organization
