Job Description
- Designation : RF_Drive Test Network Engineer
- Location : WEST BENGAL ,BIHAR, ORISSA
- Salary : 15K TO 20K plus Others facility like Hotel + (CAB Allowances for site)
- Tools Knowledge : TEMS/ NEMO/ XCAL
- Exp level : 0 to 6 month ( Onsite Attachment Provided)
- Checking the level of RSRP ,RSRQ,SINR in LTE system .
- Performed stationary test stationary test at the cell sites to check/verify the throughput (DL/UL).
- Performing CS call (MO & MT) circuit switch fall back technique (CSFB) for supporting voice communication through LTE.
- Tested Latency/ping.
- Attended to Customers' complaint analysis and resolutions.
- Performed optimization Includes Checking the Signal Strength and Quality of Service.
- Monitor RSRP, CINR, CQI, TRANSMISSION SCHEME TECHNIQUE, MODULATION TECHNIQUE,RI, handoff between LTE
- Worked closely with system performance by looking at key network issues such as Throughput Degradation, Blocked call,
- Performed MIMO(Multiple input multiple output) activity.
- Optimization of UMTS sites based on Coverage_RSCP, Quality_Ec/Io, Pilot pollution,
- Missing neighbors, Soft Handover using drive test data’s. Optimize to improve Ec/Io (Reduce Pilot Pollution) by improving RSCP of dominant cells and reducing coverage (Interference) of less dominant sectors through antenna Tilt changes and power changes, thus rectify the overshooting sectors issues.
- Primary verification of drive data and taking necessary corrective measures, like Neighbour addition and deletion and interference analyasis.Providing appropriate Tilts (Electrical /Mechanical) to reduce the interference or improve the coverage.3.5G DRIVE TEST - HSDPA & HSUPA drive testing for checking throughput in Network.HSDPA parameters like CQI, Modulation etc.
- Freshers Also Welcome Those who have Very Much Interested for Telecom Network Field.
- Site Attachment only for Freshers before Joining.
- Freshers should have basic concept of telecom network like GSM architecture, Frequency band concept,
- Antenna theory of gain , bandwidth etc..
- Modulation technique,
- Only local candidates need to apply (Male only) .Not out of eastern india.
