Job Description
Monitor daily network KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Integrity, Mobility).
Analyze drive test logs and OSS reports to identify network issues.
Perform parameter tuning for LTE/5G/VoLTE networks.
Optimize coverage and capacity by adjusting:
Antenna tilt & azimuth
Neighbor definitions
Handover parameters
Power settings
Identify and resolve:
Call drops
Low throughput issues
Handover failures
Coverage gaps
Coordinate with:
Planning team for new site requirements
Field teams for implementation
Core & transmission teams for end-to-end troubleshooting
Support new site integration and cluster optimization activities.
