Key Responsibilities:
- RF Planning and Optimization:

- Site Surveys and Implementation:
- Conducting site surveys to assess RF coverage and capacity requirements, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of new cell sites.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitoring network performance using specialized tools and software, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance network quality.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Investigating and resolving network performance issues, including customer complaints related to call drops, slow data speeds, or poor coverage.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Working with other teams, such as network planning, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless network performance and efficient problem resolution.
- Staying Up-to-Date:
