Job Description
Maintain customer accounts by recording account transaction.
Prepared financial statements and invoices for customer.
Monitored coustomer account details for non- payments, delayed payments
and other irregularities.
Assisted in the preparing of monthly and yearly closings.
Answered coustomer queries regarding their accounts.
Performed data entry and administrative duties as assigned.
Reconciled bank statements and credit card transactions on monthly basis.
Posting journal entries into general ledger system on timely basis by using
Tally ERP and prime.
Assisted in preparing tax returns and other financial documents as required.
Managed accounts receivable records including invoicing, payment
collection.
Received and recorded Cash, checks and transfer.
Prepared incometax returns and filled under manager's guidance.
