- Provide primary medical care to admitted and emergency patients
- Attend to patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency as required
- Monitor patient condition and maintain proper documentation
- Assist senior doctors and consultants during rounds and procedures
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code calls
- Prescribe medications as per hospital protocol
- Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, and discharge summaries
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards
- Inform consultants about any critical changes in patient condition
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
- Valid Medical Council Registration (NMC / State Medical Council)
- Internship completed
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Experience in hospital/clinical setup preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently
- Teamwork and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (for EMR/HIS systems)
