Key Responsibilities·Provide first-level support for minor IT issues(hardware/software/network).·Assist users in troubleshooting basic computerproblems under guidance.·Perform routine system checks and updates aSdirected.Coordinate with the senior IT team forescalations or unresolved issues.·Travel to different sites as per operational needs.·Maintain documentation of issues andresolutions..Work overtime (0T) when required based onworkload or emergenciesRequired QualificationsCompleted B.Sc. in any discipline.Basic understanding of computers,operatingsystems, and troubleshooting..Good communication skills and willingness tolearn.
