Job Description
1. Class Management: Take ownership of assigned classes and batches, ensuring effective delivery of robotics lessons.
Requirements:
- Passionate about teaching and robotics
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Delivery & Classroom Management

Deliver structured and engaging lessons on robotics, automation, basic electronics, and programming based on the prescribed curriculum.

Teach students of various age groups (typically Grade 4 to 12 or beginners to intermediate levels) in a classroom or lab setting.

Manage classroom activities, student participation, and practical sessions to ensure active learning.
2. Hands-On Training and Projects

Supervise students in assembling robotic kits and circuits.

Conduct interactive lab sessions where students build and program robots using block-based or text-based coding (e.g., Scratch, Python, C++).

Encourage students to apply engineering concepts through real-life problem-solving projects.
3. Curriculum Development and Innovation

Assist in developing or customizing lesson plans, worksheets, and project modules in line with educational standards and age appropriateness.

Suggest new tools, platforms, or teaching aids to enhance the learning experience.

Regularly update the content with new trends and technologies in robotics and AI.
4. Mentoring and Competitions

Prepare and mentor students for robotics competitions such as FIRST Robotics, World Robot Olympiad, RoboCup, or local tech fests.

Foster teamwork, creativity, and leadership among participants.

Track student progress and identify areas for improvement through assignments, tests, and project reviews.
5. Maintenance and Lab Management

Ensure robotics kits, computers, and lab infrastructure are well-maintained and functional.

Keep track of inventory and request supplies or spare parts as required.

Train lab assistants or interns, if applicable, on handling equipment and safety protocols.
6. Parent & Community Engagement

Provide regular feedback to parents regarding student progress and behavior.

Organize robotics exhibitions, demo days, or parent-student workshops to showcase student work.

Participate in open houses and events to promote STEM education.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of robotics kits (e.g., Arduino, LEGO, Raspberry Pi, VEX) and programming languages (Python, C++, Scratch).

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified, age-appropriate manner.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
