Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one guidance and mentorship to junior robotics engineers or students, helping them understand complex concepts, technologies, and tools in robotics engineering.

Assist mentees in designing, building, and testing robotic systems by sharing knowledge from previous experiences.

Offer constructive feedback on technical approaches, designs, programming solutions, and the overall progress of projects.

Technical and Theoretical Teaching:

Teach mentees about key robotics engineering principles, including mechanical design, control systems, robotics programming, AI, machine learning, and sensor integration.

Help mentees understand the full lifecycle of robotics projects—from concept development and system design to testing, debugging, and deployment.

Introduce mentees to important software tools and technologies such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), ROS (Robot Operating System), Python, MATLAB, and control theory.

Project Collaboration:

Oversee and guide mentees as they work on real-world robotics projects, providing technical support and troubleshooting when necessary.

Encourage collaboration and teamwork, helping mentees navigate group dynamics and integrate their work with others.
