Job Description
Designation: Robotics Engineering - Object Recognition
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Use a vision camera and write algorithms for the detection and classification of objects in a dynamic environment
2. Integrate the vision camera with the robotic ARM controller
3. Define, develop, and validate communication protocols between the vision camera system, robotic ARM, and AMR controller
4. Work on ROS or any other equivalent development environment
5. Validate the implemented algorithm in the application environment
6. Execute integration testing to sign off the developed algorithm
Skills & Requirements:
1. Completed bachelor's or master's degree with one of the below disciplines - computer science, robotics, electrical/electronics, embedded systems
2. Has above 70% marks throughout the education
3. Programming skills in Python, knowledge of PyTorch
4. Has prior experience working with computer vision
5. Knowledge of the RTOS concept is an added advantage
6. Should have a positive attitude and clarity of thoughts
7. Work experience in robotics-related projects
