Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Training Sessions:

Deliver engaging and structured classes on robotics, coding, and basic electronics for school or college students.

Teach robotics platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO EV3, VEX, or others.

Provide online or in-person instruction, as per the organization’s setup.
2. Curriculum Development:

Design lesson plans and training materials that align with age and skill levels.

Develop project-based learning activities that encourage creativity and teamwork.
-
Continuously update content based on emerging technologies and trends in robotics and STEM.
3. Project Guidance:

Help students build and program their own robots as part of class projects or competitions.

Guide students in troubleshooting hardware or coding errors during their builds.

Support teams participating in robotics competitions (like FIRST, WRO, FLL).
4. Technical Training & Mentorship:

Teach basic concepts of mechanics, sensors, actuators, programming (Python, C++, Scratch, etc.), and automation.

Mentor students on real-world applications of robotics in industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and space.
5. Equipment Setup and Maintenance:

Set up robotics labs with kits, tools, laptops, and electronic components.

Maintain inventory and ensure proper functioning of robotic kits and components.

Troubleshoot and repair minor technical issues with hardware or software.
6. Workshops & Events:

Conduct robotics workshops, demo sessions, bootcamps, or summer camps.

Represent the organization at expos, tech fairs, or STEM events to demonstrate robotics activities.
7. Evaluation & Feedback:

Monitor student performance through quizzes, practicals, and project outcomes.

Provide constructive feedback and help learners improve their understanding and skills.

Prepare reports and document training progress.
