Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort of our hotel guest rooms and public areas. The role involves ensuring rooms are well presented, sanitized, and fully stocked, delivering a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, sanitize, and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.

  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.

  • Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, dust furniture, and polish fixtures.

  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.

  • Follow hotel cleanliness standards, safety, and hygiene protocols.

  • Handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests (if applicable).

  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and stored.

  • Respect guests’ privacy and follow 'Do Not Disturb' policies.

  • Assist in cleaning public areas, hallways, and staff areas when required.

  • Follow daily checklists and complete assigned rooms within the shift.
